The structure of Peer Group Supervision consists of six phases in which the participants are expected to fulfill different tasks:

This concept of Peer Group Supervision is characterized by a modular design. By choosing a particular method for the consulting phase, the needs of the Case Presenter, the preferences of the group, the peculiarities of the specific case and the requirements of the key question can be met. A recurring structure provides a sense of security for the group. Additionally, a variety of modules gives the concept a form of liveliness and change.
