Consulting module: Collecting Key Questions

Sometimes the Case Presenter, after having presented his/her case to the group, is not yet able to name a key question. He has no substantial idea about what the focus of the current Peer Group Supervision might be. The idea of this consulting module is that the group assists the Case Presenter by collecting a choice of key questions that would come to their minds if they were in his/her shoes.

The Moderator asks the Consultants to collect various key questions within five minutes. Afterwards, the Case Presenter either selects one of the proposed key questions or formulates a new one that matches his/her needs.

This consulting module produces a loop in the Peer Group Supervision process. The Consultants assist the Case Presenter with their ideas and after he/she has picked out one of the key questions, the group returns to Phase 4: Method choice.
