Dr. Kim-Oliver Tietze

Dipl.-Psych., Work and Organisational Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor (SG)

For more than ten years, Dr. Kim-Oliver Tietze had experienced the positive impacts, effects, and dynamics of peer group supervision firsthand. These valuable experiences also made him aware of critical aspects that should be considered in peer group supervision within a self-directed group.

Since 1998, Dr. Kim-Oliver Tietze has been offering consulting to groups and teaching them the structured methods of a target-oriented peer group supervision. He supports organisations, personnel developers, and leaders in their attempts to introduce peer group supervision in their workplace.
