For more than ten years, Dr. Kim-Oliver Tietze experienced the positive impacts, effects, and dynamics of peer group supervision firsthand. Those valuable experiences also made him aware of critical aspects that should be considered in peer group supervision within a self-directed group.
Since 1998, Dr. Kim-Oliver Tietze offers consulting to groups and teaches them the structured methods of a target-oriented peer group supervision. He supports organisations, personnel developers, and leaders in their attempts to introduce peer group supervision in their workplace.
2001 until today: Consultant, moderator, management diagnostician, clinical supervisor, trainer, and lecturer at universities
2012–2019: Professor of Organisational and Business psychology (Leadership psychology, Communication psychology, Change management) at a university of applied sciences
2004–2008: Organisational and personnel developer in an insurance company
1997–2003: Senior consultant in a business consultancy for personnel, organisational and strategic development
Diploma and PhD (on peer group supervision) at the Department of Psychology at the University of Hamburg
Higher qualifications in systemic counselling, coaching, and clinical supervision at the Institute for Systemic Studies in Hamburg as well as the Milton-Erickson-Institute in Heidelberg
